Apart from the superb functionality of this app, a measure of how good it is, is in customer support, there's no point in having a superb app and nobody to help when you need it...and this has the absolute best customer support I've ever experienced. I had a few minor issues. There's a 'contact us' feature and within no time at all customer service was on to it. Honestly, I've never had such service anywhere. Even checked back to see that everything was OK. Such amazing lovely people.

Inflexible and very unreliable. Has a "smart" setting, but doesn't even have a basic option to enable you to set your own times to start/stop charging. Very unreliable at actually charging at all; been left with an uncharged car too many times. All round worse than simply not having the app, both for cost and for trying to reduce load on the grid. Appreciate the developers contact, but hasn't actually improved anything.

Our smart charging algorithm optimizes charging based on the greenest and cheapest times and factors in grid load, which is why we don't have a timer function. Poor app. Slow and clunky. On smart charge gives warning that I need to set electricity rate really high to achieve charge by 7am, but if I set it lower then it still charges to set level and on time. This feels like a scam to get you to pay more. Have contacted customer support in past about other issues and default line seems to be not our apps fault but the hardware! But never have have problems when charging anywhere else. I notice that rolec use another app now for new products....!.
